  1. Services
    Hero Pests Control (“the Company”) offers professional and comprehensive pest control services, including but not limited to the extermination of insects, rodents, and mosquitoes. Additionally, Hero Pests Control provides specialized services such as Full Job sanitation, insulation removal and installation, rodent proofing, and wildlife control. All materials and methods used are compliant with applicable local and state laws to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  2. Agreement
    By hiring our services and submitting the required 20% initial payment, the client fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the responsibilities of both Hero Pests Control and the client and represent a legally binding agreement.

  3. Payment
    3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required to schedule and initiate service.
    3.2. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    3.3. Accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice and may include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

  4. Service Duration
    4.1. The expected duration of the service will be defined during the initial inspection and indicated on the invoice. Duration may vary depending on the type and scope of the service.

  5. Service Guarantee
    5.1. Hero Pests Control offers service guarantees ranging from 30 days to two years, depending on the type of service.
    5.2. During the guarantee period, if the pest problem persists or recurs, the Company will perform additional treatments at no cost until the issue is resolved, provided that the structural conditions of the area treated have not significantly changed.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds
    6.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. The appointment will be rescheduled based on the Company’s availability.
    6.2. If Hero Pests Control is unable to perform the service on the agreed date, the service will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
    6.3. If service has started but cannot be completed due to reasons beyond the client’s control, a refund of up to 80% may be issued.

  7. Safety and Precautions
    7.1. Hero Pests Control uses methods and products that are safe for humans and pets. However, it is the client’s responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided before, during, and after the service to avoid health or property risks.
    7.2. Any special safety instructions will be communicated to the client in advance.

  8. Follow-Up Services
    8.1. Some services include follow-up visits or inspections to ensure treatment effectiveness.
    8.2. These follow-ups are included in the initial service cost unless otherwise noted in writing.

  9. Treatment Effectiveness
    9.1. If the initial treatment is not effective, additional treatments will be provided within the guarantee period at no extra cost.
    9.2. The client must report any persistent issues within 8 days of the initial treatment.

  10. Identification of Additional Issues
    10.1. If additional issues not covered in the original agreement are discovered during the service (e.g., structural damage, extreme infestation), the Company will inform the client and provide a separate estimate.
    10.2. No additional work will be done without the client’s prior written approval.

  11. Limitation of Liability
    11.1. Hero Pests Control is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including deterioration of pre-existing conditions during treatment.
    11.2. Clients are required to inform the Company of any fragile areas or structures. Failure to do so releases Hero Pests Control from liability for resulting damage.
    11.3. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.

  12. Penalties
    12.1. If a client cancels the service after it has begun, the 20% initial payment remains non-refundable.

  13. Modifications
    13.1. Hero Pests Control reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Company’s website.

  14. By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Hero Pests Control. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies.   15. Consent for SMS Communication:

    The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    If you have consented to receive text messages from Hero Pests Control, you may receive messages related to conversational messages

    Message Frequency:
    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your Conversational messages

    Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
    Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
